Charlotte Bredahl

Charlotte Bredahl Baker is an USAE “S” judge. She has represented the US in many International competitions and spent 3 summers training and competing in Europe. In 1992 she and her horse Monsieur were part of the Bronze medal winning Olympic Team in Barcelona. In 1997 she and her other horse Lugano were part of the Silver medal winning US Team at the North American Championship in Maryland. In 1994 and 1997 her horse Monsieur was USDF Horse of the Year at Grand Prix. In 1996 and 1997 Lugano was USDF Horse of the Year at Intermediare 1 and 2 respectively. In 2001 her 6 year old Hanoverian stallion Windfall was named USDF Horse of the Year at Third Level with a median score of 72,33%. In 2002 Windfall was named fourth level Horse of the Year by the Hanoverian Society. In 2004 Windfall was USDF Horse of the Year at Intermediare 1 with a 71% median score. Also in 2004 Charlotte and Eskada won both 3rd and 4th level Championship for both the California Dressage Society and the USDF.

In 2005 Charlotte and Eskada won 4th level Horse of the Year for USDF. They also won the California and region 7 Championship at PSG. In 2005 Charlotte and Komo won CDS and Region 7 Championship at Grand Prix. In 2006 Charlotte competed on the Florida circuit with Komo at GP and Eskada at Int. 1. Both horses qualified for the National Championship at Gladstone. Komo ranked 6th and Eskada 7th. In 2007 and 2008 Charlotte has pursued her judging career and just applied for her (C) (candidate to be International) status. She has been Chef d'equipe for three National Junior Teams. She is also involved with the Compton Junior Posse, a riding program in the Inner City.
