Explanation of “Europe” and “North America” Membership:

DressageClinic.com is seperated into two sections, one section consists of international dressage trainers based out of European cities and the second section consists of trainers based out of North American cities. We welcome you to become a member of DressageClinic.com and choose whether you would like to become a member of the “Europe” section or the “North America” section, or if you wish to benefit a real international experience, you can become a member of both sections by obtaining a seperate membership for each section. If you are a member of, for example the Europe section, you will not be able to sign into the North America section and vice versa. If you become a member of both the “Europe” and “North America” sections, then you can sign into both sections and truly benefit an international experience by watching the world's best dressage trainers at work in the pricacy of their own stables.

Please first watch our free sample videos offered in each section so you can be sure that your computer is set up correctly to play video content . If you can watch the free sample videos, you will not have a problem watching any video on the site after you obtain membership. Please see our technical requirements page for more information about what your computer needs to watch video content on the internet, such as a fast “broadband” internet connection. If you are not sure, telephone your internet service provider and ask them to upgrade your internet service account to the fastest internet speed available for watching video content on your computer.

The Cost of Membership:
The cost of membership is $34.95 per month until you decide to cancel. Cancelling your membership is quick and easy. All you have to do to cancel your membership is send us an email through the Contact Us page, identify your membership details as per the instructions and instruct us to cancel you membership. Your membership will be immediatly cancelled upon reciept of your email with an email confirmation to you from us and you will also receive a cancellation confirmation from our Credit Card Processing Center. There are always over 45 videos to watch at any given time and there are new videos posted every week as per our Upcoming New Video schedule on the left hand side of every page of the site.

How To Subscribe and Obtain your Username and Password:

We welcome you to become a member of the Europe section, or the North American section or both, and experience the opportunity of watching over and over again the teaching strategies of world famous dressage riders, trainers and coaches, and to also have the opportunity of watching some of these trainers' most talented rider & horse combinations. To subscribe now, enter the section you would like to subscribe to and then click on the SUBSCRIBE button. Immediatly after you complete your membership information with your credit card, you will have the opportunity to choose your Username and Password and sign into the section you became a member of and watch the exciting training videos on your computer.

Switching Your Membership From North America to Europe or Vice Versa:
Once you begin your membership in one of the two sections of trainers, you can then switch your membership to the opposite section of trainers and sign in with your same Username and Password. For example, if you start your membership with North America, and then after a while you would like to switch your membership to Europe so that you can watch the European trainers, you can do so by sending us an email through the Contact Us page and asking us to do this for you on the date of your next upcoming billing cycle. We will confirm to you by email the date that your membership will automatically switch to the opposite section. This way, with the same membership fee, you will have a chance to have a real international experience by watching the North American based trainers as well as the European based trainers. You can switch your membership back and fourth every month with no problem.

Cancellation of Your Membership:

Cancellation of your membership is quick and easy, just send us an email through the Contact Us page, let us have your email address you used when you signed up, tell us your Username and Password for ID and your membership will be cancelled within 24 to 48 hrs. of receipt with an email confirmation to you. If you don't receive your cancellation notice with 48 hrs. write us again in case your email did not reach us.
