In 1992 Charlotte Bredahl-Baker was part of the US Bronze medal winning Olympic team in Barcelona with Monsieur and part of the US silver medal winning team at the North American Championship in 1997 with Lugano. She trained both horses from start to GP. She has won 8 USDF Horse of the Year titles, including three at Grand Prix.

She has trained many other horses and students successfully up through the levels. Charlotte is a USEF (S) and FEI (International) rated (4*) judge. In 2006 she was ranked 6th on the USET GP list with Komo. In 2008 she was selector for the Olympics in Hong Kong and in 2010 for the World Games. In 2009 through 2011 she was the featured clinician for the USDF Adult clinic series in all 9 regions.

She is also on the High Performance Committee for the United States Dressage Federation and is presently competing at Grand Prix with Strauss. Charlotte Bredahl is considered as one of the U.S. foremost expert horsewomen and has followers and students all over the world.

Charlotte grew up in Denmark, but has resided in the beautiful Santa Ynez Valley since 1990. She is married to financial planner and polo player Joel Baker and they have a son Zach as well as two dogs Rocko & Josephine. Aside from being immersed in dressage on a daily basis, Charlotte makes time for tennis, ballroom dancing, mentoring children and real estate.
